Ingredients

  1. 2 cupbaajra flour
  2. 2 cupjaggery
  3. 2-3 tbspwhite till
  4. As needed Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Make jaggery syrup..

  2. 2

    Add baajra flour and white till in jaggery syrup

  3. 3

    Make a soft dough

  4. 4

    Rest dough for 1/2 hour

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a wok... Make a tikki with dough.. and fry tikki
