    Cut the chicken

  2. 2

    Add the chicken in a bowl,add ginger,garlic (crashed),salt and oil mix throughly let it stay for around 6 hours

  3. 3

    Heat oil and deep fry the chicken

  4. 4

    Serve with ugali
