Ingredients

  1. 4eggs
  2. 2 tspsalt
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 4 cupsifted all purpose flour
  5. 2 tspbaking powder

Cooking Instructions

    combine egg, salt, and milk. Add flour (for thicker noodles add baking powder to flour before mixing) Separate into 2 balls

  2. 2

    Roll out dough and let stand for 20 minutes

  3. 3

    Dust with flour. Cut into strips and spread to dry. Let dry for approximately 2 hours.

  4. 4

    Drop into hot soup- cook for about 10 minutes
