Ingredients

  1. 1/2 HeadCabbage (green) sliced/shredded
  2. 1/2Onion sliced
  3. 2 tbspSugar
  4. 2 tbspCorn Oil
  5. 1 tspOlive Oil
  6. 1/2Mustard Seed
  7. 1/2 cupCider Vinegar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut core off of Cabbage. Half and quarter it.

    Shred cabbage

  3. 3

    Slice onion on shredder

  4. 4

    Sprinkle sugar over all. Mix and let sit 15 minutes or so.

  5. 5

    Add Corn Oil and Olive Oil. Mix well.

  6. 6

    Add Mustard Seed.

  7. 7

    Add Cider Vinegar

  8. 8

    Mix well. Put in fridge. Can be served right away
