  • 1 cupveg oil
  • 3eggs
  • 3 cupflour
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 1 tspnutmeg

    makes 2 loaves

    preheat oven to 325

  3. 3

    grease and flour 2 bread pans

  4. 4

    combine wet ingredients and sugar in 1 bowl

  5. 5

    combine dry ingredients in separate bowl

  6. 6

    sift dry ingredients into wet ingredients and blend with fork until smooth

  7. 7

    bake 1hr 10min or until toothpick comes out clean
