Griend the cooked rice and add grated cheese

Take bread slice and soak it in water and press the slice to remove water and mix them,bread will work as binder.

Now add samolina, chopped capsicum, carrot, green chilli, coriander, cornflour and red chilli powder, pepper powder,chat masala and salt and mix them praparly

Take some portion of rice mixture in our hand and spread it and half cheese slice and take wooden stick top of cheese and cover tightly and dust cornflour all over properly

Take a pan put oil and heat it now add lollipop and fry turn to golden brown.

Now rice cheese lollipop is ready

Serve with sauce and green chatani
