Salmon croquettes
I've been eating these since I were a little girl, one of my favorites!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix all together form a ball or Patty (your preference)
- 2
Roll formed ball/patty in cornmeal
- 3
Oil to fry 3 ton4 minutes on each side and they're done
- 4
I usually add tarter sauce and Tabasco sauce to mine and plates with potatoes
