Wash the gajar in running water.

Make it dry.grate it

Put a kadhai in gas oven.put some ghee in it...

Stir the grated garjar in ghee for 2 to 3 Min..

Add milk.Begin to saute on medium heat for 3to 4 Min..

Cook until the gajar turns tender

Add sugar.keep stirring occasionally

When the gajar turn tender and dark in colour add ghee.

Cook until all the moisture evaporates.do it on slightly higher flame..

Add cardamom powder..stir well

Serve the halwa with nuts...
