Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgkabule Channa (soaked full night)
  2. 3-4onions (barik lambe cutte)
  3. 2-3 tbspfinely chopped ginger garlic paste
  4. as per tasteImli pulp
  5. 2tej patta
  6. 2small pieces of dal chinni
  7. 2moti elaichi
  8. 5-6cloves
  9. 2-3 pinchajwain
  10. 2-3 tspjeera
  11. as per tasteRed chilli powder
  12. 1 tbspdhania powder
  13. as per tasteSalt
  14. 2 - 3 tbspOil
  15. as neededCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    First prepare chole masala. Sab ko halka bhoon ke (tej patta, dal Chinni, moti elaichi, cloves, jeera, ajwain) mixer Mein fine powder kar le.

    Then in cooker, add chole, 3 - 4 glass water, 1/2 tsp salt cover it with lid, 6 - 7 whistles aane tak usse chole boil Karein.

    In another pan heat oil add ginger garlic paste.

  4. 4

    After slightly brown add onion again same way onion get brown.

  5. 5

    Then add chole masala jo Humne first step Mein prepare kiya hai.

  6. 6

    After add imli pulp jitna aapko khatta chahiyeh utna he dale.

  7. 7

    Then add red chilli powder, salt, Dhania powder and add boiled Channa.

  8. 8

    Leave it for 10 - 15 min. Your chole was ready.

  9. 9

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with puri or bhatura
