First prepare chole masala. Sab ko halka bhoon ke (tej patta, dal Chinni, moti elaichi, cloves, jeera, ajwain) mixer Mein fine powder kar le.

Then in cooker, add chole, 3 - 4 glass water, 1/2 tsp salt cover it with lid, 6 - 7 whistles aane tak usse chole boil Karein.

In another pan heat oil add ginger garlic paste.

After slightly brown add onion again same way onion get brown.

Then add chole masala jo Humne first step Mein prepare kiya hai.

After add imli pulp jitna aapko khatta chahiyeh utna he dale.

Then add red chilli powder, salt, Dhania powder and add boiled Channa.

Leave it for 10 - 15 min. Your chole was ready.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with puri or bhatura
