Ingredients

  1. 4 1/2 lbsChicken Thighs
  2. 3/4 cupYoghurt (about 200 grams)
  3. 1/2 cupGinger Garlic Paste (about 100 grams)
  4. 1/2 cupMustard Oil (about 100 grams)
  5. 1/2 cupLemon Juice (about 100 ml)
  6. 1 tablespoonChili Powder (about 10 grams)
  7. 4 teaspoonsSalt (about 20 grams)
  8. 1 teaspoonDried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi) (about 5 grams)
  9. 1 teaspoonGaram Masala (about 5 grams)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix Garam Masala, Kasuri Methi, and Salt with Mustard Oil until the spices are well combined.

  2. 2

    Add Yoghurt, Lemon Juice, and Ginger Garlic Paste, and stir until smooth.

  3. 3

    You can marinate the chicken thighs whole or cut them into bite-sized pieces.

  4. 4

    Marinate the chicken for at least 6 hours.

  5. 5

    Arrange on a baking tray and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 - 30 minutes.
