Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 2 envelope(.6 ounce each) individual serving cream of chicken soup mix
  3. 2 envelopeitalian salad dressing mix
  4. 1 1/2 tsppaprika
  5. 1 tspseasoned salt
  6. 1 tspdried thyme
  7. 1 tsprubbed sage
  8. 1/2 tsponion powder
  9. 1/2 tspcurry powder, optional
  10. 1 cup2% milk
  11. 2broiler/fryer chickens (4 pounds each), cut up
  12. 1/4 cupbutter, melted

Cooking Instructions

    Line two 15-in.x10-in. baking pans with foil and grease the foil; set aside.

    In a large resealabkenplastic bag, combine the flour, soup mix, dressing mix and seasoning. Place milk in a shallow dish. Dip chicken into milk, then add to flour mixture, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. Place in prepared pans. Drizzle with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 35-50 minutes or until juices run clear.
