Ingredients

  1. 3 lbshrimp medium tail on
  2. 1/4 cuproasted red pepper
  3. 1 cupchicken broth
  4. 1 tspgelatin unflavored
  5. 1 1/2 tsplemon zest
  6. 1/4 cuplemon juice
  7. 3 tbsptomato paste
  8. 3 clovegarlic
  9. 1/2 tspsalt
  10. 1/2 tspginger
  11. 1/4 tspcayenne

Cooking Instructions

    Cook shrimp and cool. Arrange shrimp in 1.5 qt. bowl tails in, with pepper strips intermingled. Cover and weight down

    In a small sauce pan combine broth and gelatin and soak for 5 minutes. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved; whisk in remaining I ingredients and pour over shrimp, cover and chill for at least 5 hours.
