Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgFresh squid with the ink in it
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1sweet soy sauce ( according taste )
  4. 100 mlof water
  5. 1 tbspoyster sauce
  6. 1chili (according taste)
  7. 5onion
  8. 4garlic
  9. 1 slicelengkuas / galangal (indonesian spice)
  10. 2daun jeruk purut/ kaffir lime leaves (indonesian spice)
  11. 2daun salam/ bay leaves (indonesian spice)
  12. 1 tbsptomato sauce
  13. 1 tbspchili sauce
  14. 1salt , sugar and pepper powder (according taste)
  15. 1 pinchof beef flavor bouillon powder
  16. 3 tbspoil to sauteing

    wash the squid, reserving the ink in it and cut shaped like a ring

  2. 2

    slice all ingredients except kaffir lime leaves, bay leaves and galangal ( just mashed to get the flavor)

    make scrambled eggs and place on a plate

  4. 4

    saute all the spices and enter the squid

  5. 5

    put all the sauce and season and add the water

  6. 6

    enter the scrambled eggs and cook until the squid is cooked

  7. 7

    ready to be served ^_____^.
