Ingredients

  1. 1cupPeas
  2. 1 packetmushroom
  3. 200 gm paneer
  4. 1/cupTomato paste
  5. 2tbs,ginger garlic paste
  6. 2onion
  7. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  9. to tastesalt and chilli powder
  10. 1 pinchGaram masala some
  11. 1 tbspFresh coriander chopped
  12. 2 tspGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Wash mushroom properly and cut into half lengthwise and fry in a kadhai

  2. 2

    In a pan add ghee when properly hot add jeera seeds and garlic ginger paste stir then add chopped onion

  3. 3

    Add tomato puree stir 5 minutes add peas

  4. 4

    Add spices all according to taste

  5. 5

    Add fried mushrooms and paneer pieces cover with lid 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Ready to serve add fresh coriander and garam masala sprinkle over it
