clean the squid and slice it in about 1/2 inch.

combine all the remaining ingredients except the oil.put warm water til the flour dissolved but not too watery.

heat the oil.dip the squid on the batter before putting it on the pan.make it sure the oil is really hot.deep fry the squid until it turns golden brown.(15 to 30 sec.)

note:don't overlook the squid so it will not tough to eat.
