Ingredients

  • 1 cupsuji
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 4 cupswater
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • Dry fruits(chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Put ghee in pan melt it and add suji fry over low flame until light brown in colour

  2. 2

    Put water and sugar in another vessel and boil over low flame until all the sugar gets dissolved

  3. 3

    Add sugar water to fried suji and mix it properly.Garnish with chopped dry fruits
