Peel the potatoes and divide them into small sizes.

Combine the flour with salt, tumeric, and water and mix to get a butter like that of pancake.

Add in the corriander and stir well then put in the potatoes that you have chopped before to marinated for about 5 minutes

Put oil that you will use for frying in a frying pan.

Heat in medium heat. Then start deep fry the marinated potatoes.

Cook each side for approximately 5 minutes or less depending on your heat.

When cooked drain the excess fat using kitchen towels.
