Ingredients

Loads!
  • 300gish of mince (any mince works)
  • 1 canchopped tomatoes
  • 1carrot chopped
  • Splashwine
  • 1onion chopped
  • sheetsLasagne
  • Flour
  • Milk (1/4 of a pint at least)
  • 1 packgrated cheese
  • Butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the mince in a pan with oil

  2. 2

    Add onion and cook until brown and then add the chopped tomatoes and carrots

  3. 3

    Bring to the boil and add splash of wine. Leave simmering while the cheese sauce is made. Heat the oven to 200C fan.

  4. 4

    Melt a medium knob of butter gently in a pan and add around 50g of flour and stir. It should become like a big lump, so don't worry if that's what happens! Gradually add the milk until the mix turns to a thick liquid. Add as much grated cheese as you would like.

    Pour about 1/4 - 1/2 of the cheese sauce on the bottom a casserole dish. Layer lasagne sheets on top, then Bolognese, lasagne sheets and repeat until the dish is full or you run out of Bolognese. Then on top of the last layer of sheets pour the rest of the cheese sauce.

    Cook for 20-25mins until golden brown on the top. Goes great with some garlic bread as well!
