It's best to serve this savory snack hot. Makes for a nice evening snack during winters while serving don’t forget to drizzle some lemon juice on top.

Heat oil crackle mustard seeds and Asaefotida when stop spluttering add ginger and green chilli saute for minute.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and coriander powder saute for minute on low flame.

Add corn and mix well, cover lid and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. In every 2minutes keep sauteing. When corn get dry Add salt and sugar in it and mix keep sauteing.

Add curd and again cook for 10 to 15 minutes keep sauteing in every 2minutes.

Add coriander leaves and pour lemon juice and mix it. Switch off the flame.

Serve in plate and garnish with grated coconut and some coriander leaves.

Bhutte Ka Kees ready to eat.
