250 glight cheese curd
2 TBsour cream/yogurt (greek)
1 tbsugar
1 tspvanilla extract
6 TBrose-hips jam
1 cupwhipped cream
whole grain/ rye cookies

Combine cheese curd, yogurt, sugar and the vanilla in a bowl and mix well..

Add desired amount of jam and then whipped cream on the top.

Serve with cookies. Bon appetit. :)
