In a pan melt 1 tbsp butter and then add
1 tbsp maida roast and then add 1 cup ofmilk slowly and stir continuousy to avoid lumps then - 2
Add steamed veeggies : 1/2tsp each of carrots beans and corn and then rwd yellow capcicum and then 1/2CUP OF BOILED MACRONI and add 1tsp each of mixed herbs and chillie flakes....

Salt and pepper powder then transfer it into a oven proof dish and

Spread cheese and some viggies of your choice and bake for ten mins and serve
