Paneer ko deep fry kar ke 5 minutes pani me dal kar bahar nikal kar side rakh dr.(aisa krne se paneer soft rehta hai)

Cooker me oil garam karein.ginger,garlic paste aur kadukas onions dal ke ache se saute karein.ab isme tomatoe kadukas kar ke dale.salt and sbhi spices add karein.oil release hone tak masala ache se bhune.

Ab isme matar dale.mix karein.as required water dale.lid lagake 3whistle tak pakaye.lid open karein.paneer dale.5minutes tak lid lagayeinflame off kar ke.phir coriander leaves chopped kar ke dale aur mix karein.

Serving bowl me dale.roti,nan ya rice ke sath garam serve karein.garnishing ke liye coriander leaves rakhe.
