  2. 3 stickchinese smoked sausage (lap cheong)
  3. 1 tbspfine dice garlic

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    slice the chinese smoke sausage then steam for 10 minute then add soy sauce and steam for another 10 minutes

  2. 2

    In pan with oil pan fry the garlic till its lifhtly brown then add the steamed sausage , then dry fry with garlic for one minute then serve
