Break beans in medium pieces.

Heat 2 to 3tbsp oil, when hot add mustard, jeera,4 cloves garlic chopped, onions &fry till light brown, then add ginger garlic paste,&green chilli (chopped), & curry leaves, stir for few min

Then add ghevda, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, &stir, add tomatoes &cook on medium flame.Add 1/2cup water& cook covered for 10 min.(don't make it dry, it's slight gravy tastes superb). Garnish with coriander leaves

Serve with parathas.
