  • 1/4 cupmillet flour
  • 1large carrot
  • 1medium onion
  • 11/2 tbssugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • Cooking oil
  • 2eggs
  • Water

    Great onion and carrot

  2. 2

    Mix wheat and millet flour

  3. 3

    Beat the eggs and add to the flour

  4. 4

    Add the greated onion and carrot to the mixture

  5. 5

    Add salt and sugar then add water and stir to a fine consistence

  6. 6

    Fry the pancakes into a frying pan

  7. 7

    Serve with tea
