  • 1/2cabbage sliced
  • 3/4liver
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2onions
  • 2 tbspcooking oil
  • to tastesalt

  1. 1

    Cut the liver into pieces. Boil and set aside.

  2. 2

    Fry diced onion and add the liver and stir.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and stir until smooth

  4. 4

    Heat oil and fry the remaining onion. Add tomatoes and stir

  5. 5

    Add the sliced cabbages and cook till soft

  6. 6

    Serve
