Pre heat your oven at 180 degrees.

Prepare your cupcakes by smearing a little butter on them.

Beat your egg in a bowl. Add essence and beat well.

Add oil and continue beating. Then add honey and continue beating. Add half the milk and beat well.

In another bowl add mix cornmeal and all purpose flour add baking soda, powder and salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Incorporate the flour in the wet ingredients.

Add your remaining milk at this point. Ensure that your batter is runny.

Pour your batter to the cups upto 3/4 fillings. It leaves space for rising.

Add sultanas to your batter.

Bake for atlist 20 minutes

Check for full baking using a knife. If you pass through the cupcake and it comes clean. Voila. You are ready
