  • 1 cupchicken stock
  • 2 tbspcilantro
  • 1pablano pepper
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 1onion
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchpepper
  • filling
  • 1 lbmushrooms
  • 2 tbspevoo
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 2 cancorn
  • 2shallots
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchpepper
  • 1 lbturkey
  • 4 tbspchicken stock
  • 9tortillas
  • 1 lbcheese

Steps

  1. 1

    the first thing you want to do is put the first 4ingredients in a pan

  2. 2

    so while that is working you put the next 7 ingredient in to the foodprosser and prosses that then put that in the milk and let thicken

  3. 3

    so while that is thickening put the ingredients for the filling in to a pan and cook it

  4. 4

    then you want to char the tortillas and then layer the casserole like a lasagna first meat then cheese then tortillas then sauce and so on and so on then top with cheese and sauce then bake at 400 till cheese is melted
