Remembered when my mum will make egusi stew,created this sauce out of it.
Steps

Blend the egusi with 1/2cup water.

Cut the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper and onion.

Cook the chicken with salt,stock cubes,onion for 20minutes.

Boil the egusi for 5minutes and pour in vegetable oil and fry for 8minutes with continuous stirring.

Put onion, fresh tomatoesand fresh pepper fry.

Pour in the chicken with stock and keep boiling stir at intervals.

After 8minutes,add salt,curry and boil then wash and slice the vegetable.

Pour in and turn then bring it down.
