  4. bbq pork and sauce
  5. 2 tbsproasted pork dipping sauce
  6. 1 cupleftover bbq pork ( char siew )

    QUICK BLANCH OKRA AND CARROT

  2. 2

    quick blanch okra for 2 minutes in salted water then drain and set aside

  3. 3

    quick blanch carrot for 2 minute then cool in runny water set aside

  4. 4

    in pan add bbq pork and sauce then bring to a boil then off heat and serve
