  • 2 tbspshaoxing wine
  • 4 cupspinach
  • 3dried chili pepper
  • 1/4 cupsliced shiitake mushrooms
  • seasoning
  • 1/4 cupmushrooms water
  • 1 tspoyster sauces
  • 1 tsplight soy sauce

  1. 1

    soak shiitake mushroom with water drain and reserve water

  2. 2

    in pan sautee mushrooms with seasoning

  3. 3

    once boil add spinash and dry cili then add shao xing wine for half a minute off heat and serve
