Slice chicken breast into strips. Place in a marinating pan.

Squeeze lime juice into the chicken.

Add soy sauce just enough to cover the chicken.

Let chicken marinate for at least one hour.

Heat oil in a wok and fry the chopped garlic until golden brown. Set aside.

Deep fry the chicken breasts until brown.

Place the cooked chicken in a plate and garnish with the garlic.

In a small bowl, place 5 tablespoons soy sauce, squeeze two limes. Serve on the side.
