Ingredients

  • Meatballs
  • 500 gramsminced pork
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1chilli powder
  • 1salt
  • 1pepper
  • 1 tbspGingerpowder
  • 1 tbspCornstarch
  • Glaze
  • 1 tbspgarlicpowder
  • 1 tbspKetchup
  • 4 tbspLight soy sauce
  • 1half tb of hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbspLemonjuice
  • 1pepper
  • 1salt
  • 4 tbspWater
  • 2 tbspSugar
  • 80 mlChicken sauce or sweet sour sauce ( if you cant get it use canned peaches sugared add 1 tb of mirin and 2 tb of chilli paste

Steps

    Simply combine all the ingredients for the meatballs and mix it all up ( please don't overwork it ;-)

  2. 2

    deep fry or fry the meatballs until they're done ( you can also back them in the oven if you like) I suggest deep frying.

  3. 3

    Mix up the ingredients for the glaze

  4. 4

    bring it to boil and let simmer for about 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    throw the fryed meatballs into the glaze and give them a good shake.

  6. 6

    Serve immediately with Jasmin rice ( long)

  7. 7

    Bon appetite
