Simply combine all the ingredients for the meatballs and mix it all up ( please don't overwork it ;-)

deep fry or fry the meatballs until they're done ( you can also back them in the oven if you like) I suggest deep frying.

Mix up the ingredients for the glaze

bring it to boil and let simmer for about 2 minutes.

throw the fryed meatballs into the glaze and give them a good shake.

Serve immediately with Jasmin rice ( long)
