2 tspFresh thyme ( chopped & divided )
3/4 tspK. salt
1/2 tspCinnamon
1/4 tspGrond red pepper
1/2 cupNuts of choice
1 1/2 tbspButter
3 cupTiny pretzels ( unsalted )
1 cupRice checks
2 tbspMaple syrup

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine brown sugay, 1 teas. thyme, salt, cinnamon, & red pepper in a small bowl.

Roast nuts for 10 minutes until browned. Combined nuts & butter in a Med. bowl stirring until butter melts. Gently stir in pretzels , cereal, & syrup. Sprinkle the sugar mix evenly over pretzel mix & toss gently to coat. Spread onto a pan in a single layer on pan & bake for 10 minutes, stirring once. Sprinkle w/ remaining thyme. Cool compleatly.
