Ingredients

50 gmrice (jasmin rice)
1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
to tasteSalt
1/3 tspPepper corns
2-3clove
1elaichi (big)
2bay leaf

Steps

Boil the rice with 1/2 ltr water in 1/2 hour

Add the ginger garlic paste, bay leaf, cloves, elachi and Salt to taste.

Again cook for 10 minutes.

Now filter it

Garnish with coriander leaves and grind carrots
