Steps

Put your sliced dice beef on a bowl add wine and some salt and cover for ten minutes to allow malination

Add some oil on a frying pan and place on cooking heat

Allow it to heat to medium heat

Add sliced one of sliced onion and stir till its mild brown

Add your malinated beef and continue to stir for five minutes as it cooks

Cover for five minutes as it cooks

Add your sliced tomatoes and the other sliced onion

Cover for onother five minutes

Add some salt to taste and stir as it cooks

Stir till the mix is moist dry

Add your scrambled eggs as you stir till the meat is golden coated and the dish is dry fried

Serve when still hot
