Soak moong mogar and mauth mogar overnight in water.

In the morning drain all the water and grind them

Add garlic while grinding.

Now add chopped onion,green chilli,ginger and coriander,Spring onion and hari methi.

Also add heing,salt(acc.to taste)chlli powder.

Mix all the ingredients

Make small flat balls and deep fry them.

Aloo bada......

Boil aloo and mash them.

In a kadhai light fry onion and them add aloo,green chilli,dhaniya,amchoor powder and dry fruits and mix them.

Cool the stuffing and make small balls.

Make besan paste dip the stuffing in the paste and deep fry them.

Procedure of stuffing of aloo is same as that of aloo bada.

Make a central cut on the green chilli(thick one).

Fill the stuffing in it and again do the same procedure of dipping in besan paste deep fry them.

Add some water in gudd and boil it.Ok

Sieve it,and separate gudd ka pani and add in it wheat flour.

Make a thick paste add in it elaichi powder till(choice)if you want you can add some milk and mix it.

On slow flame,make the pakora.
