add oil to large frying pan begin heaTing on low while you season and bread the chicken

mix egg and milk in bowl combine well

add flour to shallow dish or plastic bag
- 4
season chicken to your own taste with the salt pepper etc

coat chicken with flour then coat with egg milk mixture and again with the flour
- 6
turn up the heat on the oil test if its hot enough by dropping a pinch of flour in if it sizzles its hot now add the pieces one ata time to oil making sure they have enough room not over lapping depending on pan size you may need to do two batches

cook chicken about five to seven minutes each side depending on thickness remove from oil place on paper towel to absorb oil check center for doneness
