  • 3 canwhite navy beans
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 2 mediumonions
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspcumin
  • 1 canchopped green chilies
  • 1 1/2 tsporegano
  • 1/4 tspcayenne
  • 4 cupdiced chicken
  • 6 cupchicken broth
  • 3 cuppepper jack cheese or monterey jack
  • 1/2 cupsour cream

Steps

  1. 1

    in sauce pan bring beans,garlic,and 1 onion to a boil

  2. 2

    in a separate sauce pan saute remaining onion in oil add oregano,green chilies,oregano and cayenne and simmer for 1 hour

  3. 3

    cook chicken in oil add to chili heat additional 10 mins

  4. 4

    top with cheese and sour cream to serve
