Chop the onion and the pumpkin leaves

Fry the onion with the blue band until golden brown

Add the pumpkin leaves cook for 1 minute then put salt to taste

Add the boiled bean's and stir

Add enough water and let it boil

Add the maize flour and stir until it hardens

Cook under moderate heat for ten minutes

Serve with stirrifried cabbage's
