Ingredients

  1. 1salmon fish head or fillet
  2. 1 tbspsesame oil
  3. 1 cupstock
  4. 2thin slice of mui heong (salted fish)
  5. 2inches of ginger slice thinly
  6. 1 bunchscallion
  7. 3 smallbundle of MISUA (wheat vermicelli

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    blanch misua for 1 minute drain set aside

  2. 2

    bring stock to a boil set aside

  3. 3

    apply sesame on steam plate then put mee suah then ginger and one piece of crumble mui heong then top salmon

  4. 4

    steam for 9 minute then pour stock gently onto the steam plate and steam for another 1 minute and serve
