  1. 1 tbspwhite pepper
  2. 3 tbspdice garlic
  3. 3 cupdice roasted duck optional
  4. 1 tbspoil
  5. 1 bunchcut small chunk bak choy or bean sprout
  6. 200 gramsdried vermicelli
  7. sauce
  8. 1/2 cuphoisin sauce
  9. 1/2 cupthai sweet cili sauce
  10. 1/2 cuplight soy sauce
  11. 1 cupwater or stock
  12. 3 tbspperi peri
  13. garnish
  14. 1 tbspfresh onion and scallion
  15. 4 smallcherry tomatoes
  16. 1 cupbaked spam optional

  1. 1

    soak vermicelli with water for 2 minute till soft drain and set aside

  2. 2

    with oil fry garlic and roasted duck then add sauce bring it to a boil then add vegetable

  3. 3

    add vermicelli and pepper and mix well till sauce dry in medium heat

  4. 4

    top garnish
