Deep fry the poha and keep it aside.

In a kadai, heat up the oil and add red chillies and curry leaves.

Now add the peanuts and roast it on low flame till roasted properly.

Now add the salt,sugar, turmeric and chilli powder and mix it properly.

Now add the sev and mix it.

Now add the fried poha to it and turn the gas off and mix properly.

Let it cool completely. Store it in airtight container.
