Jaggery Rasgulla

These rasgullas are rich with aroma of jaggery. My hubby's favorite.

Heat the milk, when it's come to boil add lemon juce,stir it,till water separate from milk, add ice cubes, then strain it in a strainer or hang it in a maslin cloth for atleast 1 hour,

Now in a mixer jar add paneer and flour and mix it for 2-3 minutes, pour it in a plate make balls from it,

Meanwhile in a pressure cooker boil water add jeggery init, boil still the jaggery properly disolve, add the paneer balls,cover the lid and give whistle, then simmer the flame and cook it for another 15 min, off the flame, allow to cool the pressure cooker.

Serve hot or cold.
