3/4 cupunsweetened cocoa powder
Wet
3Eggs
2 1/4 cupWhite Sugar
1/2 tspSalt
1 tbspVanilla
Dry
1 1/4 cupAP Flour
1/2 tspBaking Powder

Cooking Instructions

Preheat to 350°F. 13x9 pan

Melt butter in a medium sauce pan. Add cocoa, mix well and let cool slightly.

Add wet ingredients, sugar last.

Add dry ingredients, mix well but do not over stir batter. Let rest for 2 minutes before or after filling a greased pan. Or aluminum foil makes a great liner!
