Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 cupMaida
  2. 1/2 cupMawa
  3. 1 cupMilk. Dessicated coconut 1 tbsp
  4. Saunf and poppy seeds 1 tbsp and elaicihi pdr 1/2 tsp
  5. 1 glassGur syrup
  6. Oil to fry
  7. Nuts of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Keep for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil.

  4. 4

    Fry puris one by one on high heat.Batter will spread in oil. When all done soak puris in lukewarm gur syrup.

    Garnish with nuts.
