Per boil peas and Carrots in salty water

Chop onion and fry in the margarine and add the tomato add salt to taste

Add capsicum and mixed spices to the mixture and cook for 2minutes

Add baby marrow and courgette cook for 3 minutes

Add the parboiled peas and carrots cook for 2 minutes then put a little water. Cook for 1 minute

Serve with rice
