Try this amazing gluten free chana daal pancakes. Chana daal is high in fiber .it is good source of calcium, zinc, iron and protein.
Steps

Blend the soaked and drained chana dal in a mixer to a coarse paste adding a little water if required.

Transfer to a bowl, add curry patta, green chillies, spinach, ginger, curd,salt, cumin powder and mix well.

Pour a little batter on a gridle and spread to make a small pancake.
- 4
Cook on both the sides using a little oil.
