Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 cupchana daal(soaked and drained)
  2. 1/2 cupfinely chopped spinach
  3. 5-6curry pattas
  4. 1green chilli(chopped)
  5. 1 tsp.Grated ginger
  6. To tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbsp.Oil for batter
  8. 1/2 tsp.Cumin powder
  9. 2 tbsp.Curd

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the soaked and drained chana dal in a mixer to a coarse paste adding a little water if required.

  2. 2

    Transfer to a bowl, add curry patta, green chillies, spinach, ginger, curd,salt, cumin powder and mix well.

    Pour a little batter on a gridle and spread to make a small pancake.

    Cook on both the sides using a little oil.
