Steps

Take Rava and put in curds and mix them well. Make a consistency that is easier to spread. Let the mix stay for 10 minutes.

Add salt and chillies if required.

Take the carrots and grate them well.

Put in the batter on non stick pan and spread in dosa shape and lay the grated carrot on the dosa.

Cover with lid and let it cook. Turn. And wait if you need it to be crisp.

Instant dosa is ready, this way one consumes good amount of carrots. If required it can be mixed in the batter itself too.
